Veronica Iglesias started with the Firm in 2010 during the height of the nationwide Foreclosure crisis. Working as a Foreclosure Defense and Home Loan Modification Legal Assistant, Veronica has assisted Attorney Mendez with keeping many of the Firm’s clients in their homes, rather than in Foreclosure. Veronica continues to focus on helping our clients qualify for a home loan modification through the various Federal Government programs, including the Homes Affordable Modification Program (H.A.M.P.), the Homes Affordable Refinance program (H.A.R.P.), and the Florida’s Hardest Hit program.
In addition, Veronica Iglesias assists the Firm’s clients with debt collection and creditor issues. Veronica gathers all financial evidence necessary to assist Attorney Mendez with the preparation of Bankruptcy Chapter 7 petitions to help our clients who have been overcome with consumer debts, medical bills, and credit cards, and are now being harassed by Debt Collection Creditors.
Veronica’s strength is working with the Firm’s clients in collecting, organizing, and itemizing consumer credit and financial information; crucial evidence necessary for the preparation and filing of a petition for Bankruptcy Chapter 7 in Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Veronica was born in Miami, and grew up in North Carolina. The daughter of a Cuban father and a Puerto Rican mother, Veronica speaks fluent Spanish. After moving back to Florida, Veronica has been a resident of Orlando since 2005.
Veronica is an experienced world traveler, having visited parts of Central America and Europe; most recently, Portugal and Ireland. She periodically even serves as a missionary.
