Miguel R. “Rey” Mendez, III

Miguel started working with the Firm past-time being initially trained as an Administrative Assistant. After attending a local high school, Miguel began working full-time and has worked his way up to his current position as one of the Firm’s Legal Assistants.  As a member of our legal team, Miguel directly assists the Firm with Personal Injury, Estates and Trusts, and Corporations and LLC matters.

Miguel is in daily contact with our clients and their medical providers involved in the Firm’s Personal Injury, Auto Accident, and Medical Malpractice cases.  Miguel helps collect and organize necessary medical evidence and important client information that will be presented to insurance companies in our Firm’s comprehensive Settlement Demand packages concerning our Serious Personal Injury, Auto Accident, and Medical Malpractice cases.

In addition, Miguel assists Attorney Mendez with the preparation of Family Estate Plan documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other important long-term health care documents.  Miguel performs similar client information gathering and document preparation to assist Attorney Mendez with the filing of our clients’ Florida For-Profit and Not-For-Profit Corporations, L.L.C.s, and other business contract matters.

A native Floridian, Miguel was raised in Orlando, Florida. Miguel has a passion for Music performance and studies. He is an accomplished guitarist, with a love for a variety of genres of Music.
