    Attorney Mendez has over 29 years of proven court experience and success in obtaining thousands of dollars in money damages for our clients in matters involving Auto, Truck, and Motorcycle Accidents, Serious Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability.

    Attorney Mendez has also protected our clients’ homes in Foreclosure Defense litigation, and has helped hundreds of our clients stay in their homes during the National Home Mortgage Foreclosure crisis with Home Loan Modifications under the Federal Government’s HAMP and HARP loan modification programs.

    Protecting our clients, their loved ones, and friends has always been Attorney Mendez’s goal even in matters involving Bankruptcy Chapter 7 proceedings, Debt Collection, Credit Repair, Dissolution of Marriage, and Traffic Law matters.

    With a family of his own, Attorney Mendez understands the importance of protecting our local neighborhood families and their children.  Attorney Mendez knows that with advance preparation and planning, while considering the personal goals of our clients, their lifetime of earnings and investments can be properly protected.  And that’s why Attorney Mendez wants to help our local neighborhood families with properly drafting their Last Wills, Family Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Health Care Surrogate designations, Pre-Need Guardian designations, Living Wills, and various other Family Estate protection and planning documents.

    Attorney Mendez also has, over his 29 years of experience, developed a sub-specialty in all facets of Corporation formation and representation; including “C” and “S” Corporations, Limited Liability Companies (L.L.C.s), Partnerships, and Non-Profit Corporations.   Attorney Mendez has assisted Florida businesses with lawsuit protection, with annual Corporation Minute Book reviews, with attendance at Corporation Annual Meetings, with preparation of comprehensive Business Plans, and with the development and implementation of profit-generating Business Growth systems.

    A speaker on the topic of Business Growth and Small Business Development, Attorney Mendez is also the author of the MasterMind Business Growth System™ and Manual.

    Attorney Mendez has helped prepare and lead countless negotiations and drafting of business contracts, invoices, commercial leases, shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, collection demands and settlement agreements, and property deeds.  In addition, Attorney Mendez has represented businesses and organizations at municipal and county meetings and hearings.

    Attorney Mendez has a long history of performing in concert bands, orchestras, and jazz bands.  He studied Music Performance and Education at Florida State University. Given his love of Music and the Arts, Attorney Mendez has even represented and protected the rights of countless musicians and music producers, singers, theater and stage performers, professional models, writers, and professional athletes in the negotiations of their professional contracts.
